From broken tail-light to test-ready.

A DRZ400 tail-light piece flew off in an accident, sold only as a full assembly. We modeled the one piece in clear PETG so the plate light still shines through, fitted in time.

Broken part. CAD model. Working replacement.

A recycler's hanging scale was missing its battery cover entirely, and nothing is stocked to replace just the cover. We modeled a new one to the housing and printed it in carbon-filled ASA.

The locking nut that holds this banner pole extended cracked clean through, and the maker only sells the complete pole. We calipered the original, rebuilt the thread in CAD, and printed it in carbon-filled PETG.
